Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with TWELVE THIRTYFOUR! We strive to provide high-quality streetwear products that you’ll love. If something’s not right, let’s fix it. Here’s the deal:
Returns (Australia Only)
Got second thoughts? No worries. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items, as long as they’re:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- In their original packaging, with tags still attached.
A few things to note:
- Instead of refunds, we’ll hook you up with store credit for the total value of your returned items, so you can grab something else you love.
- The original shipping cost is not refundable.
- If you used a discount code or purchased during a sale, your store credit will reflect the amount you paid, not the full original price.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (this will automatically be deducted from your store credit amount).
- At this stage, we don’t offer international returns or exchanges.
Ready to start a return? Here's how:
- Visit the Customer Login link.
- Log in using your email address and code sent.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and inspected, we'll issue your store credit.
NOTE: Once your return’s approved and we send you a shipping label, you’ve got 14 days to send it back our way. If it’s not shipped in time, the return will be cancelled and we won’t be able to process your store credit. Please don’t leave us hanging!
TWELVE THIRTYFOUR reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
How to Use Your Store Credit
- When you’re making your next purchase, sign into your account using the Customer Login link.
- Your store credit will be available at checkout. Simply tick the box that states 'Apply store credit'.
- If your new order costs more than your credit, you’ll just cover the difference. If it’s less, no worries. Your remaining balance will stay in your account, ready for your next order.
Exchanges
Not feeling the fit? We don’t do direct exchanges just yet. Instead:
- Send back the original item/s for store credit.
- Once your receive your store credit, place a new order for the item/s you want.

Refunds (Faulty Items Only)
Cash refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@twelvethirtyfourclo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it.
No-Go Items
Here’s what we can’t take back:
- Final sale items.
