Shipping policy
Wherever you’re at, we’ve got your back when it comes to getting your streetwear delivered. Here’s how it works:
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.
- Delivery Timeframes: Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days and delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking: We'll send you tracking info so you can keep tabs on your order.
International Shipping
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Delivery Timeframes: Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days and delivered within 6–20 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking: All international orders include tracking, though updates may be limited once the parcel reaches your country’s postal network.
- Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped from Australia. Any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country are on you.
- Restrictions: Some places have rules on what we can ship. If it’s restricted, we’ll let you know upfront.
- Returns: At this stage, we don’t offer international returns or exchanges unless your item arrives faulty.
Missing Your Delivery?
1. Double-Check First
- Confirm the shipping address is correct on your order.
- Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, side doors).
- Ask housemates, neighbours, or building staff if they received it on your behalf.
2. Still Missing?
- If the package is still not found, contact the shipping carrier (e.g. AusPost, Sendle) to request a delivery confirmation/proof of delivery.
- Then email us at info@twelvethirtyfourclo.com within 72 hours of the delivery scan.
We’ll review the case and do our best to help, but please note:
TWELVE THIRTYFOUR is not responsible for stolen/missing packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
TWELVE THIRTYFOUR does not control whether a package requires a signature or is left unattended.
Final delivery decisions are made solely by the shipping carrier based on their policies, driver discretion, and local delivery conditions.
We cannot override, guarantee, or request specific delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at back door” or “require signature”).
To reduce the risk of theft:
- Ship to a secure location (e.g. work address).
- Track your shipment and try to be available on the day of delivery.
Something Wrong?
We get it, waiting isn’t fun. While we aim to ship your order as fast as possible, occasional delays might happen. If they do, we promise to keep you in the loop and sort things out.
